Article 1 (Reception and Registration)

  • All found lost items are recorded with the location, time, and item information, and are immediately registered in a designated storage facility.

Article 2 (Retention Period and Processing)

  • Items with confirmed pickup: After the receipt date is confirmed Up to 2 weeks Storage (Dispose of if not claimed)
  • General Lost Items (No Inquiries): From the date of discovery Up to 6 months (180 days) keep
  • Valuables: Transferred to a police station or processed in accordance with laws after 6 months of storage.
  • Food: Immediately upon discovery due to hygiene and spoilage concerns Self-disposal
  • Expired Items: If not claimed within the period, ownership is deemed forfeited, and the items are disposed of internally.

Article 3 (Return and Delivery)

  • In-person pickup: Visit to pick up after identity verification (ID/reservation information).
  • Parcel Receipt: Customers must book and cover the delivery costs themselves and share the tracking number with the hotel.
  • International shipping: In principle, it is not available.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  • Shipping Disclaimer: The hotel is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring during transportation.
  • Natural Deterioration: The owner is responsible for natural damage, deterioration, or aging of the lost item.
  • Expiration of Period: Items discarded after the storage period has expired cannot be returned or compensated for later.
  • Intentional Negligence: The hotel is not responsible for damage to lost property unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Others)

  • Dangerous goods and illegal items are disposed of immediately in accordance with relevant laws.

Due to soft renovation work on some guest room floors, the following facilities will be temporarily closed from June 2025, 6.


  • Renewal Period: Friday, June 2025, 6 - Thursday, July 20, 7

  • Closed facilities: Fitness room (3rd floor), Conference room (3rd floor)

Guest rooms are available for normal use, and we will do our best to minimize inconvenience to our guests.
