Hotel Terms and Conditions
Article 1 [Purpose
These Terms and Conditions are intended to provide benefits and services to members (hereinafter “Members”) who have signed up for the membership program (hereinafter “Membership”) of the “Hotel” owned and operated by Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel (hereinafter “Hotel”), and to establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the “Hotel” and “Members” in relation to the “Members” using the benefits and services provided.
Article 2 Definition of Terms
Definitions of key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.
① Member: A person who has agreed to the site's terms and conditions, registered as a member by providing personal information, and is able to use the services provided by the "Hotel."
② “Membership” refers to a hotel’s customer privilege program that provides various benefits to members who use hotel services.
③ “Special benefits” refers to discounts and services provided to members.
④ “Points” refer to the points provided to enable upgrades when purchasing goods/services at the “Hotel.”
⑤ Member ID (hereinafter referred to as “ID”): This refers to a unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member for identification and use of member services.
⑥ Password: This refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to confirm that the member matches the ID assigned to the member and to protect the member's rights.
⑦ Operator: Refers to the operator who opens and operates the website for the service.
⑧ Withdrawal: This refers to a member canceling their membership.
Article 3 Membership Qualifications
① This membership is for members who have accepted and agreed to the hotel's terms and conditions.
② Members are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions when applying for membership.
Article 4 Membership Registration
① You can register as a member by following the registration procedures specified on the website. To register, you must provide your email address, password, and other required information as determined by us.
② You are responsible for strictly managing your password and other login information among your account information.
③ You may not lend, transfer, or otherwise trade your login information to a third party.
④ You are responsible for any damages resulting from your poor management of your login information. Neither we nor the facility will be liable for such damages unless it is due to gross negligence on our part.
⑤ Members who do not register their true information, such as by stealing other people's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights related to the use of the site and may be punished in accordance with relevant laws.
Article 5 Details of privileges
① The hotel will announce the specific details of the “special benefits” through its official website.
② The contents of "Special Benefits" may be added or changed according to hotel circumstances or policies. In this case, the contents added or changed are as follows: In accordance with the method of amending the terms and conditions of Article 18 We hereby notify our members.
③ If there is an additional change pursuant to Paragraph 2, if no objection or withdrawal is expressed within one month from the date of notification, it will be considered that the member has agreed to the additional or changed content.

① “Hotel” calculates and grants “Points” to “Members” who have reserved a room on the official website and paid the corresponding fee in the following manner, as notified.
② “Members” cannot accumulate multiple “Memberships” per transaction, and “Points” of “Memberships” cannot be combined or exchanged with the “Points” of other “Members.”
③ "Points" are automatically accumulated in bulk at 3:02 XNUMX days after check-out, only for "members" who have successfully checked into a room reserved on the official website. Membership level is upgraded the day after "Points" are accumulated.
Article 8 Use of Points
① “Points” are converted to 1 won per point and are used only for the purpose of determining grades.
② Payment for room reservations cannot be made with “points.”
③ “Points” can only be used in the manner specified in this article and cannot be exchanged for cash, etc.
Article 9 Point Correction/Cancellation/Expiration
① If there is an error in the accumulation of “points,” the “member” must request correction from the “hotel” within 60 days from the time the error occurred.
② The validity period of “points” is 5 years from the date of accrual, and “points” that have passed the validity period will automatically expire without separate notice.
Article 10 Membership Level System
① Membership levels are categorized as follows:
1. Classic: Basic membership level upon signing up
2. Silver: Accumulated usage of more than 5 nights (points) in the past 3 years
3. Gold: Accumulated usage of more than 5 nights (points) in the past 10 years
② Benefits by level are as follows.
1. Classic: 12% member discount upon registration, 1-hour early check-in
2. Silver: 15% member discount, 1-hour early check-in and late check-out, and a 1 won Starbucks gift card upon upgrade
3. Gold: 15% member discount, 1-hour early check-in and late check-out, and one free night upon upgrade
③ Members earn 1 point per night of stay, and point accumulation and rank up are based on Article 1, Paragraph 7.
④ Membership levels are automatically reviewed and changed annually based on accumulated usage records over the past five years, and the results of the change are notified via email and My Page.
⑤ Benefits related to the grade are valid for the period that the grade is maintained and cannot be transferred to a third party.
⑥ Matters related to grades not specified in these Terms and Conditions may be handled at the discretion of the operating policy.
Article 11 Withdrawal of membership
① Members can withdraw their membership at any time on the official website without any special conditions.
② If you cancel your membership while there is a room reservation under your member account on the official website, the benefits you received at the time of reservation will not be lost, but you will not be able to accumulate points after use.
③ When you cancel your membership, your points cannot be converted to cash and will be automatically canceled.
④ After withdrawal of membership, membership cannot be reinstated and only new membership registration is possible.
Article 12 Loss and suspension of membership
① Membership is immediately lost in the following cases:
A. When a member expresses his/her intention to withdraw from membership
B. If the member's "privileges" are used for improper purposes.
D. If you engage in acts such as lending, transferring, or selling your member account.

② Membership is suspended in the following cases:
A. If a member violates these Terms and Conditions
b. If the hotel determines that a member has acted in violation of the hotel's operating policy or has damaged the reputation of another member.
Article 13 Privacy Policy
The site and operator do not have a password among the personal information provided at the time of membership registration, and related parts follow the site's privacy policy.
The operator strives to protect members' personal information, including member registration information, as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.
Regarding the protection of personal information of members, it is in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the personal information processing policy set by the site.
However, the operator is not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the member.
If a member registers and distributes illegal posts such as posts that are infringing on public morals or national security, the operator may view the member's data and submit the data to the related institution upon request from the relevant institution.
Article 14 Personal Information Protection

② For purposes such as membership benefits and marketing activities, the hotel may send out informational emails to members to enable them to enjoy various benefits and services with their consent.
③ When collecting and providing personal information of members in accordance with Paragraphs 1 and 2, the hotel obtains consent from the member regarding the collection and use of personal information.
④ Members and their legal representatives may withdraw consent to the collection, provision, and use of personal information at any time, and may request access to and correction of errors in their personal information.

Article 15 Changes and suspension of services
Membership benefits and services may be subject to change or suspension during the membership period due to changes in contracts between the hotel and its affiliates and franchisees, or other circumstances at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to change or discontinue certain benefits or services if there are significant changes, such as service interruptions. One or more of the methods stipulated in each subparagraph of Article 18We will notify the member of this fact.
Article 16 Obligations of the operator
① If the operator deems that the opinions or complaints raised by the user members are justified, the operator must deal with them as soon as possible. However, if it is difficult to process quickly due to personal circumstances, we will do our best to post notice or send a note or e-mail to the user.
② In order to provide a continuous and stable site, the operator may request the site to repair or restore it without delay when the equipment is damaged or lost. However, in the event of a natural disaster or an unavoidable reason for the site or operator, the site operation may be temporarily suspended.
Article 17 Member's Obligations
① Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the rules and regulations set by the operator, notices and operating policies, etc. and related laws and regulations, and other acts that interfere with the business of the site and damage the reputation of the site. You must not do what you do.
② Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide this as collateral without the express consent of the site.
③ Customers must pay great attention to ID and password management, and they cannot provide their IDs to third parties without the consent of the operator or site.
④ Members must not infringe the intellectual property rights of the operator, site, and third parties.
Article 18 Revision of Terms and Conditions
If there are any revisions to these Terms and Conditions, the Hotel will notify Members of the effective date and any changes at least seven days prior to the effective date using one or more of the following methods. However, if the changes are detrimental to Members, the Hotel will provide at least 7 days' advance notice. In this case, the Hotel will clearly compare the pre- and post-revision terms and conditions for easy understanding.

Article 19 Service usage hours
① In principle, service use hours are 1 hours a day, 24 days a week, unless there is a special problem in business or technology. However, the site may temporarily suspend the service on the day or time set by the site for regular system inspection, expansion and replacement, and please refer to the site's website in advance as it is notified in advance of the service suspension due to scheduled work.
② However, the site may temporarily or permanently suspend the service in the following cases without prior notice or notice.

Article 20 Restriction on service use
A member shall not engage in any of the following acts, and in the case of such act, the site may restrict the member's use of the service and take legal measures, and may terminate the service contract or set a period to suspend the service.

③ Acts that impersonate the site's administrators, employees, or related parties

Article 21 Management of posts
① The operator is responsible for the management and operation of postings and materials on the site. The operator must always monitor bad posts and materials, and when bad posts and materials are discovered or reported, the relevant posts and materials must be deleted and the member who registered them must be given attention.
On the other hand, the publisher is responsible for the posts posted by the user member, so the member himself/herself should not post any posts that violate these terms of use.
② If there is a request for correction by a public institution such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without the prior consent of the member.
③ The criteria for judging bad postings are as follows.
- In case of content that severely insults other members or third parties or damages the reputation
- In case of distributing or linking content that violates public order and morals
- Content that promotes illegal copying or hacking
- In case of advertisement for profit
- If the content is objectively recognized as being related to a crime
- In case of infringement of other rights such as copyright with other users or third parties
- In case it is judged to be in violation of other related laws
④ When the site and operator receive a request to stop posting from a third party due to defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights, the site and operator may temporarily suspend the posting (stop transmission), and a lawsuit between the requester and the post registrant , agreements and other equivalent decisions of related organizations are made and submitted to the site.
Article 22 Storage of posts

Article 23 Copyright on Posts
① Copyright of posts posted by members on the site belongs to the members who posted them. In addition, the site may not make any commercial use of the postings without the consent of the publisher. However, this is not the case for non-profit purposes and also has the right to publish in the service.
② Members may not commercially use the data posted on the service, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information acquired using the service.
③ The operator may delete, move, or refuse registration without prior notice if it is determined that the contents of the site posted or registered by the member fall under each of Article 12.
Article 24 Compensation for damages
① Members are primarily responsible for all civil and criminal responsibilities that occur on this site.
② In the event that the damage received by the member from this site is force majeure, such as natural disaster, or is caused by the intention or negligence of the member, we will not compensate for the damage.
Article 25 Indemnification
① The operator is exempted from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain the expected profit from the site's service provision or the selection or use of service data.
② The operator is exempted from liability in the event of a failure in the service base of this site and the telecommunication service provided by other telecommunication companies, and the site's Terms of Use shall apply for damages incurred in relation to the service base of this site.
③ The operator is not responsible for any data stored, posted or transmitted by the member.
④ The operator shall not be held responsible for any disruption in service use due to reasons attributable to the member.
⑤ The operator is not responsible for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between members, between members and third parties, or between members, whether inside or outside this service.
⑥ The operator is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, etc. of the data posted or transmitted by the member and all data that the member can receive through this site.
⑦ The operator shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the transaction of goods between members or between members and a third party through the service as a medium.
⑧ The operator is not responsible for any disputes that occur between members or between members and third parties without reasons attributable to the operator.
